1. Terms

By accessing and using Lyric Lingo ("the App"), provided by Senparin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial use. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Transfer or sublicense the App to another person
  • Use the App in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

We may terminate this license at any time if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. YouTube Content

The App embeds YouTube videos using the official YouTube IFrame Player API. All video content is streamed directly from YouTube and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host, store, or cache any YouTube video content. You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service when using video content through the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Disclaimer

The App and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Senparin makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated translations, grammar explanations, or any other content provided through the App. The App is a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Senparin shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes damages arising from reliance on any content, translations, or grammar explanations provided by the App.

8. Links to Third-Party Services

The App contains links to and integrations with third-party services (including YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of linked services is at your own risk.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Your Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
