When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication. We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.

Usage Data

We automatically collect usage data including your device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and interaction patterns within the App (such as songs viewed, quizzes completed, and vocabulary progress).

Subscription Data

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives anonymized purchase data from Apple.

Legal Basis for Processing

In accordance with KVKK Article 5, we process your Personal Data based on the following legal grounds:

• Explicit consent: By creating an account and using the App, you provide explicit consent for the processing of your Personal Data as described in this policy.
• Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to provide the App's services, including account management and subscription fulfillment.
• Legitimate interest: Processing necessary for improving the App, analyzing usage patterns, and ensuring security.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App and your learning experience

• To store your learning progress, vocabulary, quiz results, and song history

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

• YouTube: The App embeds YouTube videos using the YouTube IFrame Player API. Your use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication and data storage. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives anonymized purchase data from Apple.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless used to improve security or functionality of the App.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Learning progress is also stored locally on your device. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights Under Personal Data Protection Laws

In accordance with the relevant data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your Personal Data is being processed
• Request information about the processing if your data has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with its purpose
• Know the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate Personal Data
• Request deletion or destruction of your Personal Data under the conditions set forth in KVKK Article 7
• Request that corrections, deletions, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
