Why can't I find lyrics for a song?

Lyrics availability depends on the song. Some videos may not have lyrics data available. If a video doesn't have lyrics, you can request AI Lyrics to be generated for it from the top right corner of the video.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

I have subscription but it says "You have reached quota"

Having a subscription allows you to use all premium features such as AI Lyrics generation and Word Insight Information. To protect the quality of the service and all our users, we have a quota limit on the number of requests you can make per day. This limits is normally very high and a regular user will normal usage never reach it. If you are a heavy user and are reaching the limit, you can upgrade your plan to a higher tier with higher quota.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@lingomusic.app with the subject "Account Deletion" and we'll process your request within 30 days.
